The VA Mail module completes our range of VA communication products. It allows you to communicate with your pilots through a VA internal messaging system.

Product Features:

• Send/Reply/Forward mail messages to individual pilots or contact groups
• Staff can send mails to all pilots in your roster
• Create/Edit Contact Groups (the system allows you to send a mail to all pilots in a group at once)
• Create/Edit Folders (You can create folders for your messages and give each folder a different color for faster identification)
• One click favorite (You can add sent and received mails to your favorites by clicking the star icon. That way you will quickly find important messages)
• Get notifications about new messages to your normal email adress (uswd for registration at the VA)
• Set a signature which is automatically attached to all messages that you send.
• VAs who are also using our VA Chat module will have the Chat Messages page in the Mail Menu. From there the pilots can view their past chat conversations and even reply to them. (Note that this is no replacement to the chat. New messages do not auto refresh but only show up upon page reload)
• Rich Text Editor which gives you complete text formatting options when writing a new message and allows you to attach images, links,…..
