This system sends auto retirement warning mails to your pilots.

To have the warning emails sent automatically it is required to run this script via a cron job. Alternatively there is an option to run this script manually via a button / link. 

• The first warning is sent to pilots who joined more than 12 days ago and havent filed a PIREP yet. 
• The 2nd warning mail is sent 10 days prior a pilot gets retired (based on your setting in the local.config.php)
• The 3rd notifies the pilot that his status has changed to retired.
• If you run the script manually via a button/link you get a list of sent mails and the receipients presented.
